Try U.S. Translucent Internet Censorship in China

Government of the United States (U.S.) is reportedly trying to penetrate the Internet censorship in China.
This was done so they can convey important information to the Bamboo Curtain country via electronic mail.
A report from the Broadcasting Board of Governors, the U.S. reported by Fox News, describing details of successful Internet penetration testing they did last year. In this test they were trying to send data to the inboxes of email users in Hong Kong and China.
The test involves a technology known as Over-mail Feeds (FoE), to get past the 'trap' that the Chinese government set to filter internet content are not allowed into the country.
But according to experts who had a role in this test, this method may not be able to do much if a situation was happening in Egypt, where large-scale riots have prompted the government to block the internet.
"If enacted blocking, nothing can work," said the Broadcasting Board of Governors of the Information Security Director Ken Berman.
However, the team that conduct these tests claim, at least in China, is an effective way to send anything from RSS feeds to a file that can be downloaded to the proxy web address, where users can access free information sensors.
Berman said the technology could be used as part of the anti-censorship Broadcasting Board of Governors, which seeks penetrated the system, such as in China who earned the nickname 'Great Firewall'.
